It’s funny – the deadline to respond to NYU was 9:00am, got your email at 8:58! I did choose UCLA in the end. Can’t really experience NYC while at NYU Law, I figure. Even funnier, is that my first OCI interview through UCLA was at 9:20. That decision, of course, not only distracted from OCI, saving me from the stress of interviews, but also made for great fodder for interview discussions. The kinds of discussions that set me apart from the pack (as if transferring itself doesn’t already).
Anyway, I don’t know how to thank you enough for your help. I got in and turned down a school that wouldn’t have even opened my application on my first attempt at admission. I never imagined writing a note to the Director of Admissions at the number 6 law school in the country that I would not be accepting their invitation. I owe you a debt of gratitude. You truly are the expert.
Thank you so much, again.
