ANNLEVINE,
I am so sorry for how delinquent I am in writing you. It’s been five weeks and it feels like 84 years. HOLY HELL, law school is legit. I love it. I love it so much, Ann. I love torts and I love civil procedure and I love legal writing. (Contracts can go eff itself, frankly).
All of that notwithstanding, I want to thank you so much for the work you did with me and for me to get me to this point. Ann, I am literally living my dream right now. And I’m in law school because you and your team gave me the best of you so that I could show the admissions committees the best of me.
If I can give your clients one tip for their experience with you it is, in ALL CAPS, LISTEN TO ANNLEVINE. If Ann tells you to hold off and study more for your LSAT, hold off and study more for your LSAT. If Ann tells you to tell one compelling story in your personal statement, tell one compelling story. If Ann tells you to eat lima beans, EAT THE LIMA BEANS.
Somewhere, on your website or maybe your facebook page (maybe your book?) you had written that you get to launch the careers of the next generation of lawyers. You have certainly launched mine and for that I will be forever grateful to you. I look forward to being in touch!
