My next Blog Talk Radio Show is scheduled for Wednesday, August 11th at 4:30 pm ET/1:30 pm PST. I’ve invited movers and shakers in the LSAT prep industry to talk about new ways of studying for the LSAT (Atari-style video games, iPad Apps, online courses, and more!), what works, and what doesn’t. For those of you who haven’t heard my podcasts on iTunes (Blog Talk Radio-Ann Levine), they are extremely popular – you can hear them on my website too. This one will be 45 minutes long. You can listen live and ask me questions for our panelists via the chat room, or you can call in to the show if you’re listening by phone. If you can’t make the show live, it’ll live forever online – never miss a Law School Expert podcast by subscribing to the iTunes channel.
In other news, here is the link to the law school application timeline I created for my “Get In: Law School” column on USNews.com. Let me know what you think!

Congrats! I recently read the column on USNews.com. I have a question regarding the law school application timeline. I had intended to take the examination in October, but I have decided to postpone until December. Should I follow that timeline or alter it a bit? I was in the process of trying to work out a game plan. I am so thankful that you wrote the column.
Great question, Cris! I will be posting a different timeline for December LSAT takers – the goal for you will be to submit all applications by January 4th. No reason to rush and get them in at the end of December since most schools are closed for two weeks at that time.
Can You Really Go to Law School? My question is relating to today’s post esp about my lackluster grades in undergrad ’06 and completing some graduate level courses. I participated in a premba program for a semester to determine if I wanted to go forward with an mba. I didn’t perform well at all in the math courses. I am taking the class over this fall at a junco. I am interested in the jd/mba. Would you recommend that if I am applying to law school for the fall?
Chris,
I don’t see how repeating a math class will help your JD application….
Hi, thank you for your great post. I really appreciate the efforts you have put in your blog .It is interesting and helpful.
