If you’re a planning on retaking the LSAT in December (or taking the LSAT for the first time in December) you can still be a very competitive candidate for Fall 2013 admission. However, it’s especially important to use the time leading up when you get your score productively. The timelines and information in these past law school expert posts are a great resource:

Hi Ann,
I wondering if I have any (somewhat realistic) shot at admission to a t14 with a 3.92 GPA and 164 LSAT and whether I should spend my limited time finishing up those apps or working more on apps for lower ranked schools?
Thanks!!
Dan
Dan K,
I have 4 clients this fall with similar stats who have already been admitted to various T14s. How is that for an answer?
Very relieving! One follow up question–were any of them December LSAT takers? I’m worried about the disadvantage to submitting my apps early-mid January.
Thannks!!

Hi Ann–wasn’t sure where to post this question. I’ve come across a couple schools that ask if I’m applying to other schools, and if so, where. It’s not a required question, but should I answer it anyways? Thanks!
D, answer it. They know you are applying to other schools; it would be disingenuous to leave it blank.
