Personal Statement Plus

The “Personal Statement PLUS” package provides consultations with me, starting with brainstorming and ending with final proofreading of both a 2-page and 3-page version of your personal statement. I also provide end-to-end advice on drafts of a resume and an addendum (if one is appropriate for your application). This option is ideal for J.D. applicants who have a well-planned strategy and want to ensure the main written elements of their application are as effective as possible. If you plan to prepare a diversity statement, you can add that to the package as an optional upgrade.

What’s Included:

  • Working directly with me, Ann Levine, to create your strongest possible personal statement, resume, and addendum, including assistance with topic selection, strategy, presentation, and effective writing.
  • Fast response time on all document drafts – usually 24 to 48 hour turnaround times.
  • Proofreading and editing of final drafts by one of Law School Expert’s professional proofreaders.

A Note about Waiting Lists & Scholarship Negotiations

People often come to me at the end of their admission cycle seeking help with waiting lists and scholarship negotiations. I do not offer a waitlist/scholarship negotiation only package because I feel it presents a conflict of interest with clients whom I’ve been working with throughout the cycle who are on the same waiting lists. If you sign up for The Works Package, this help is included. If you sign up for one of the seasonal packages (not currently offered) such as Mad Dash, January Rush, or February Sprint, you can upgrade to The Works to include help with waitlist and scholarship negotiations.

Discounts for members of the military and Teach For America participants.
