  1. Hi Ann, I’m not too sure if this would be too specific of a question to ask, but hypothetically speaking: If someone were unable to get an “Academic” LOR from one of their undergraduate professors; however, they were able to get a LOR from a professor from a Tier 4 school (Cal Western) in which Legal Research was performed and a significant amount of time was spent weekly towards the publication of an article for Law Review, would this fall under “Academic” or would the admissions officer not consider too highly of this?
Thanks! Your blog is helping me out a lot with this process!

  2. Sorry to sound annoying Ann, I’m sure you’re busy with application season, but is there any way you can give me your opinion on this?
    Thanks!

  3. I truly appreciate my loyal readers – thank you for that – but I cannot give specific advice to those who have not signed up to use my services. I just don’t know enough about you to get a full picture.
